    In the mid-1800’s a Free Will Baptist presence emerged in Arkansas. Today, because of the sacrifice, foresight, and determination of many men and women, Free Will Baptists in Arkansas currently number over 18,000 members in 206 churches in 15 District Associations. In fact, the Glenmary Research Center cites the greatest state denominational concentration, as compared to total denominational population and state population ratios, is in Arkansas and it is Free Will Baptists.
     Arkansas Free Will Baptists exist to glorify Jesus Christ and promote His Gospel. Through our association, we seek to encourage one another, preserve and promote Free Will Baptist doctrine, and unite in order to maximize support for ministry endeavors. However, the greatest thing that stands out about Arkansas Free Will Baptists is, over the years, we have been the beneficiaries of the wonderful grace of God. Our prayer is that we may continue to be increasingly in debt to His Grace.
